Modern Edwards-curve algorithm. Fast, small keys, very secure.

Widely compatible. Use 4096-bit for modern security. Larger keys.

ECDSA
Elliptic curve. Smaller than RSA, but Ed25519 is preferred.

DSA
Legacy. 1024-bit only. Disabled in modern OpenSSH. Avoid.
